" Inquirer " (Puketiro).—The regulations under which persons arriving in New Zealand must bo possessed of certain means applies to immigrants who are granted rcduced-rato passages from England, The capital qualification for farm labourers is £10, but this is reducible in special cases to a lower amount, each enso being considered on its merits, and the qualification in the case' of domestic servants is tho possession of ten shillings only.
