ANNIVERSARY SERVICES. Tho Dundas Street Methodist Church celebrated its anniversary yesterday, special services being held. • In the morning tho Rev. T. A. Pybus (pastor of the church) conducted the service/ Speaking first «of nil to the children, he drew some splendid lessons from the sparrow, his, words being listened to with rapt Attention by the boys and girls, of whom there was a splendid attendance. The minister took for hi 3 text, Ephesians, chapter i, verse 22: " And hath put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all things to tho Church, which is' His body tho fulness of Him that filleth all in all." Tho preacher brought out the relation of Christ to tho Church, and enlarged on liis subject, "Tho Church, tho Bod}; of Christ." During the offertory the choir sang tho anthem, "0_ taste and see," giving a very good rendering, under the baton of the choirmaster (Mr P. H. Young). In the afternoon the services were continued in the Sunday School, the Rev, H. L, Richards speaking to the children en "Fainting Fits, and How to Cure Them." He illustrated _ the ordinary, intellectual, and moral fainting by several stories, speaking particularly on " stickability." The children showed their very keen interest in .the address by their good attention, In the evening the service was taken by the Rev. F. T.
