(Rewired Jnly 25, at 11.20 p.m.) Counsel for the' plaintiff alleged that bankruptcy proceedings were instituted in 1906 in order to prejudice Mr Wileons scat in Parliament, and again in 1911, when Mr Wilson was most active in connection with the maritime crisis.
