(Before Mr 11. Y. Widdowson, S.M. _ Drunkenness.—P eter Black, with five previous convictions, was lined 10s, in default iH hours imprisonment, for being drunk m Bond street on Wednesday.-Agnes Wallace Harrison admitted a similar offence m tumberland street on the same date, and was fined 12s, including 2s cab hire, in default 48 hours imprisonment.—A first offender was convicted and discharged Arrears Remitted.-The application of Madge Floury for a remission of £8, arrears on an order for the maintenance of her child an inmate of the St. Vincent de mil Home for Children, was granted no objection being offered by the Hospital'and Char:tablo Aid Board's collector. Prohibition Orders.'-A man was prohibited for one year on the application of his wife, while owing to the non-appearance of the complainant a eirmlar application in regard to another person was dismissed. j
