SUPPLYING LIQUOR ON SUNDAY.
HOTEL KEEPER FINED. (Pek United P»ess Association.) WELLINGTON, July 24. Mr Riddel], S.M., to-day fined a local publican 203 und costs for supplying liquor to a man on Sunday. The man had bought und paid for a bofctlo of beer on Saturday niffht, and called for it on Sunday morning. The facts were admitted. Tlio Mn,o%. trate held that n.t tlho time the man actually received the liquor he was not entitled to bo supplied with it.
