ADDIXGTON STOCK MARKET. (Peg United Pmss Association-.) CHRISTCIIURCH, July 23. At the Aldington live stock market the entries of .'stock were not so large as 1110 wcelc before, and the attendance was also smaller. There was a, good sale for store sheep, ewes being firmer. The entry of tat lambs showed a further reduction in numlien; and a depreciation in qualify, and weio mostly bought by graziers. Fat sheep opened a little easier, Fat pigs showed no change.

Wore sheop.—Ewes, local-bred two-tooth sold at 23s 6d to 245; two, four, six, and eight-tooth (good), l?s to 23i lOd; two am four-tooth (good), 23s to 245; four and sixtooth (exceptionally good), to 265; four, six. and eight-tooth. 21s; aged sorts, 13s 6d to 14s 6d; oversea owes—two, four, eix and eight-tooth, 17s 5d to 17s 0d; four, six' and eight-tooth, 17s lid; four, six, and eighttooth (empty), J,3s 6d to 15s; fair-mouthed hnes, 14s to 15s sd; wethers— two, {our. and six-tooth (forward), 18s 7d; two-toofJi (small and in low condition), 14s 3d.
