Mr Cntten (coronor), who held an inquest on William Stimpson, who died on July 4 at the Shamrock Hotel, found tho following verdict:—"l find the cause of death to be cerebral hemorrhage, following (ji an injury due to a fall down the sffiryK tjjfl licensed premises of Robert Miteßn, awl that deceased_ was grof6ly neglected while lying in the licensed house of Robert Mitchell." Stimpson, a Tailmarunui resident, sustained the fall on Juno 27.
