H.," Mahcno.—(l) Any person may .deposit money in a saving's bank in another's name, but if that peison wishes to withdraw any sum the signature of the person in whose name the money has been deposited is required. A 6pecial form for this purpose may be obtained from any post office savings bank. (2) To disengage stamps which have cohered, soak them in warm water. If a fresh supply of 6tamp6 i 6 desired application should be made to tiie Stamp Office, Dunedin, for a refund. (3) The Auckland Exhibition will bo opened on Deoember 1, and will remain open for three months from that date and as much longer as the executive considers advisable.
