(Received April 11, at 9.55 p.m.) The Peking correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports the discovery of' an abortive attempt to create a revolution at Wuchang, including a plot to assassinate Hi Yuan Hung. The ringleader, Chi Yu Ling, commanding the Eighth Hupeh Division, fled. One hundred people have been executed.
