INADEQUATE TRAINING.

LONDON, September 5. The British Olympic Council reports that the failure to obtain better results was due. to the lock of adequate opportunities for training. Unless a large subscription is forthcoming to enable the committee to supply the necessary training it must decline the responsibility of a team for 1916.
