YACHT AND MOTOR BOAT CLUB.

Tho twenly-Grst annual meeting of (ho Otago Yacht and Motor Boat Club wns held in fcbo Trades Hall last night. Vicecommodore 11. E. Mollor presided in tho absence of Commodore Hanlon, and there was an attendance of between 40 and 50 luombons. During tho year there had been an increaso in membership, and several new boats had been purchased. Prizes to the value of £40 had been distributed, but tho club .was not formed with the ono object of .supplying prize-money, Tho club wis intended chiefly to provido facilities so that the labour of hauling up boats might bo rcduoed to a minimum.
