Myers, Minister of Railways, this altornoon jn respect to the differential railway rates. The deputation complained that millers on tho Rotorua lino were better treated in the way of concessions than wero tho millers represented by the deputation, though the latter had to competo with he former in the .same marked The Minister admitted 1 tho forco of tho representations made, but pointed cut that a considerable sum of money was 'nvolvcd. Tlio Railway Department was anxious to do tho Iwst it could for its customers. Tho matter would receive careful consideration.
