SYDNEY, January 24. (Received Jan. 24, at 9.20 p.m.) Mr Noble predicts that the South Africans will win the test rubber. Hβ says they are making too many runs altogether for tho Australians. He says this is hard to understand, seeing that they came as a, great bowling combination, yet they have achieved more success in the batting department. Australia docs not possess the formidable and resourceful bowlers of a few seasons ago. The visitors have mastered the Australians' attack, and he is at a loss to know how to improve it.
