VANCOUVER, January 23. A number of Greeks propose to held a mass meeting in New York to protest againat the oppression oi the Cretans by the Ottoman Empire, and to ask President Taft to notify the Powers to prevent the tyranny of the Turk. They predict a revolution that will cost Turkey many millions.
