SYDNEY, January 24. The French member of the New Hebrides Condominium Court denies that the increased sale of liquor is due to laxity or favouritism on his part. The sale of alcohol and weapon>> to natives would cease only when the Joint Court had the means oi visiting all the islands with facility. H e hoped the French mid British Governments would come to an arrangement to sunply the court with a special vessel to 'make frequent circuits.
