LYTTELTON REGATTA.
CHRISTCHURCH, January 2. The annual regatta was held at Lyttelton to-day, and was largely attended, though there were not so n.any present as on last Now Year's Day. Following are the results of the principal ovonts:—The First Class Yacht Race was won by the Kia Ora, The Onawe was second, Yvonne third, and the Dunedin boat lorangi fourth. Rowing Events.—Senior Pairs: Akaroa B.C. 1,. Union R.C. 2, Lyttelton- R.C. 3. Junior Pair-oar: Canterbury R.C. 1, Union R.C. 2, Akaroa B.C. 3 Maiden Pair-oar: Canterbury R.C, 1 Canterbury R.C. 2, Union R.C. 3. Youths' Pair-oar: Akaroa B.C. 1, Cure B.C. 2. Canterbury R.C. 3. Senior Double Sculls: Union R.C. 1, Union R.C. 2, Akaroa B.C. 3.
