LONDON, January 2. The revenue for the nino months ended December 31, after allowing for thirty millions in arrears belonging to the previous year, leaves a real increase of thirteen and a-half millions. The Westminster Gazette claims this to be a justification for tho Ministerial policy of Freetrade finance. '
