MELBOURNE, January 3. A supposed man who had been committed to Beechworth Gaol was discovered to be a woman. For a year she had dressed in male clothing, and had earned li<?r living as a horse-trainer, occasionally riding horses at races, where she went under the name of "Jockey Jack."
