(Received March 7, at 10.45 p.m.) Sir John Bigham, having accepted a baronetcy, has resigned the presidency of the Divorce Division of the' High Court of Justice. Sir Samuel Evans, Solicitor-general, succeeds Sir John Bigham, and Mr Rufus Isaacs, K.C., becomes Solicitor-general.
