MR ROCKEFELLER'S SCHEMES
HUMANITARIAN CLEARING-HOUSE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, NEW YORK, March 6. It is now stated that the Rockefeller .foundation is the result of preparations that have extended over 10 years. Twenty-five trustees are to bo appointed, and it is intended to relieve anybody, from a kindcrgartner to an earthquake sufferer. Tho foundation will bo the great clearing-houso of humanitarian effort throughout the world, and will be open to receivo contributions from all philanthropists.
