The Otago loam to meet Canterbury has undergone alteration through the inability of G. G. Austin (Carisbrook) and F. Williams (Albion) to go toChrislehuroh, The vacancies have been filled by the inclusion of A. HcfchoM and F. Cond'liffo (Dnnedin). The latter player is a recent arrival from Wellington. Ho is a reliable wicketkeeper and a sound batsman. The members of the Otago representative team to meet Canterbury, with the exception ot Sicdcborg and Macartney, who left by boat on Wednesday, will depart for Christehuroh by tho second express this morning. Mr J. Hope will accompany the team in the capacity of manager. The Australian team to visit Mew Zenland will leave Sydney immediately after the New South Wales v. Victoria' match starting on Anniversary Day. The date fixed provisionally by the New Zealand Council is Saturday, January 29, but the match may not be concluded by that time, though, no doubt, an early start will bo made, if necessary, on ouch of tho two last days. It will interest New Zoalandcra to hear (says the Sydney Referee) that there is a probability of a leading Australian becoming a member of this team, which is to travel purely on amateur lines. The following will represent the Albion against Milton on the North Ground on Boxing Day, play commencing at -11.15 a.m.: -Cramond, Williams, Binney,' Corbett, O'Connor.
