This number proved quite equal to tho demand, and values all round wore Eoiuowkat caoict, say 10a per head. The yarding was composed of some really prime quality cattle. Best bullocks £9 to £lu 12s Cd, medium £7 10s to £3 15s, small £5 10s to £6 15s; best cows and heifers £7 to £7 10a, lighter sorts £5 to £5 lOa. Stronacli, Morris, and Co. (Ltd.) yarded 10, and sold: For Air W. M'Bridc (Cherry Farm), 2 bullocks 'it £>, 2 at £8 12s Gd, 2 at£S; Mr W. Shnnd (Keith Hal!), 3 bullocks at £6 15s. The Xew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. (Ltd.) sold: For Mr Wm, Shand (Kcitu Hall), G steers and heifers at £G 10s to £5; Messrs Gordon and Black (Maungatua), 2 steers at £d 12s 6d; Mr Walter Blackic (East 'Taiori), 2 steers. at £6 12s Gd; a client, 5 steers to £7 15s; Mr Peter Andersou (Stirling), 6 steers at quotations. The Otago Farmers' Co-operative Association of New Zealand (Ltd.) yarded 42, and sold: For Mr W. J. 3. Chartds (Ury Park, Mosgicl), bullocks to £11 15s; Mr D. M'Donald (Edc-ndale), 8 bullocks to £10 12s Gd; Messrs Cordon and Black (Maungatua), 6 bullocks to £9 ss, 1 heifer at £6 17s 6d; Mr Wm.
