BUENOS ARKS, November 15.
A yi/uthful Anarchist, apparently a Russian, threw a bomb in Calltto" street, Buenos Aires, hilling Mr Falcon, Prefect of Police, and bis secretary, who were driving past.
The murderer was prevented from comknitting suicide.
• Martial law lias been proclaimed throughout tiro city, owing to (ho disorder iollowing or Mr Falcon's assassination.
