Ward will be entertained at luncheon by members of the House of Commons on the 13th pros., Mr Catlicart Win?on (M.P. for Orkney and Shetland) presiding. Tho luncheon will be mado the occasion for tho presentation of the original signatures of tho 400 members of tho House appended to the cablegram despatched to the New Zealand Govorninent expressing appreciation of the offer of a Dreadnought. Mr Asquitli and Mr Balfour will participate in tho proceedings.
