ilonrs of Work— (n) The hours of work in reHtamants, fen rooms, and oyster saloons shall not exceed CO hours per week in the case oi mule workers, and o'2 hours in the case ot female workers. Kach employer shail Iw entitled to regulate the horns of work according to the requirements of'his particular business, subject to the following .conditions:—Kitchen; The hours for cooks and kitchen hands shall not exceed 11 ' hours' work per day, and shall be worked between the hours of" 7 n.m.and ]l.i!0 p.m. Waiters: If male waiters ore employed, the hours for such workers shall not exceed 11 hours per day. and shall be worked between the hours of G a.m. and midnight. Any work (lone in excess o; the hours specitied in any one v.eek, or outside the hours herein prc-scribed, shall he paid for at the following rate:—Workers receiving il 10s per week or less shall be paid for overtime at the rale of ninepence (I'd) ]>?r hour; workers receiving more Mum £1 Ids per week shail be paid at the rate of time and a-half.
