At the Addington yards to-day there was a fairly large entry of all classes of stock, and a. large attendance. Fat Civttlo were easier. Store sheep were again in strong demand. Cinotl fat liunbs sold well, anil tho fat. slioop market remained at lyst week's rates. Fat pigs were in fair demand, and stores sold readily. Store cni tie were not iu such kesti demand, and prices unaltered. Dairy cows met with a gooil inquiry at, former rates.

The yarding of store sheep was a vory< large one. about 2000 more than lost week, and a considerable proportion was of a good class. Wethers formed u «owl (Xirtion of the eailry, and there were more ewes offered than at recent sales. There was active competition for all classes, and lust weeks' high rates were lullv maintained. Lambs, of which there was a large number oileicd. were keenly oompeted for, forward sorts niaking 13s to 13s Ud. mid small to medium lis to 12s Gd, culls from' os Gd. Forward wethers sold at 13s 9d -to Us Gd. A line of t)VQ and four-toolh half-bred ewes changed hinds at 20s 3d, crossbred ewes of the same age 18s Gd, aaid six and eigth-tooth ewes ]5s Cd to 15s 7d.

There was an entry of 3170 fat lambs, a iair proportion being oi prime quality, aud those sold well under competition from the export buyers itad butchers. Lighter lambs were rather easier, and two large lines were bought by graziers. There were 1459 taken for export at 13s &l to IGs 7d. 373 wore bought by butchers at 12s Gd to 15s 9d. and one extra good pen at 17s; 821 went- to graziers at 13s lid to Us, and -107 were passed iu.

lhe supply of fat slice]) was only sufficient for the Butchers' requirements, the yarding being a moderate one, and it wns mostly made up of wethers, of which there w.re some of nice quality offered. The sale was somewhat irregular, but on the whole prices were equal to those of last week.
