The. Hawko's Bay Jockey Club Metropolitan Committee'has upheld the appeal of B. Decloy (jockey) against the disqualification imposed bv Hie Poverty Iky Turf Club on October' 20,. 1908, and; further declined to endorse the disqualification imposed on J. Struthers and the horse Andrew Mack. ROWING. The North End Boating. Club decided the final for the Double Sculls last, evening under favourable circumstances. The race of the previous Thursday evening resulted in a dead heat, Lust night's race resulted us follows:— / D. Daniels (s) and N. Quill .. 1 C. Purvis (s) and J.
