SERVIAN MINISTER IN LONDON. LONDON, October 29. (Received Oct, 29, at 11.45 p.m.) M. Milovanoviteh, Servian Minister for Foreign Affairs, had an interview lasting an hour and a-half with Sir E. Grey. An enthusiastic reception awaits the Servian Crown Prince on his arrival in this city. THE KAISER. PROPOSED VISIT TO AUSTRIA. _, _ BERLIN, October 28. A semi-official announcement states that the Kaiser, in pursuance of his former promise, will pay a three-days' visit to Archduke Ferdinand of Austria. A fourth day will probably bo spent with the Emperor Francis Joseph.'
