Mr Victor Grayson, M.P., addressing a meeting of the unemployed on Tower Hill, challenged (ho Labour leaders to join him in a campaign and rouse the country upon the question of unemployment. He declared that the people in the past never go,t u Reform liill by begging and praying, but by threatening and doing. It. was not sufficient to demonstrate at Tower Hill. They must go nearer home, and put the fear of Gcd into the hearts of the Cabinet. History would be made during the Jiext three months, for half a million people were ready to risk their lives to find work. The unemployed would be willing to do what tho people wanted, whether according to tho law or against the. law. "Jack" Williams, the Socialist, deliberately advised lira unemployed to rob and plunder all round if they wen unable to obtain bread for their starving families,
