C'jsbron, otherwise known as Guerin, charged -with committing a, murderous assault on Dr Hebert near Eontaineblaau in November, 1906, has, though not. arrested, been tried at the Seine el Marne assises and found guilty. Sentence of death was formally passed. Dr Hebert lent. Ccsbron £360 while ho was visiting the kite's place at Hois lclloy, near Fonta-ineblcau. SubscnnenUy Ccsbron cropt behind and shot Dr Hebert in tho kad, wounding him again as he escaped' in the Oeshren and n woman named Mario Pernc-l, who were associated in extensive matrimonial swindles, were arrested a few days later,
