VALUABLE SERVICES RECOGNISED.

MB W. J. BOLT HONOURED. At tho conclusion of yesterday's meeting of tho I'.aieri and Peninsula Milk Supply Company Hie chairman of tho company, Mr Alexander Aloynihan, had a very pleasing duly to perform, Ho was called upon to make- a presentation to Mr William J, Bolt, lato Ke'cre"iavy. ; and business manager of the company. Tho Chairman spoke of tho meeting of tho milk suppliers as a, titling opportunity, on their behalf, of expressing their good wishes to Mr Bolt .on bis retirement from his official capacity, after 16 years' sorvicc. The suppliers' could'not let the opportunity 30 by vt-itiioufc some tangible recognition of his valuable service's being rnado, and on their behalf .presented him with a puree of sovereigns, hi doing so, tho Chairman wished him long life and health to enjoy his vvol'.-carnetl rest.
