<t> Monday, October 26. (Before Mr H. Y. WicKowson, S.M.) Drunkenness.—A first offender was fined ss, in default 24 hours' imprisonment.— John Kcogh, with two previous convictions during the past six months, pleaded "Not guilty " to drunkenness and to a broach o£ a prohibition order,—Sergeant Willis and Constables M'Holra and liean gave evidoiuo ■us to accused's being intoxicated, and Henry.
