At a Cabinet meeting held here it was decided that all tho members of the Cabinet should at once embark on a speechmaking campaign on behalf of Mr Taft. The fact that the Chief Secretary of State (Mr Elihu Root) is to be sent to O'hio shows that there is some anxiety regarding the election results, even in Mr Taft's own State.
