Wilson moved, Mr Bolam seconded, and it was unanimously decided—"That the secretary communicate with the city members asking thorn to urge the introduction of an amending bill embraoing the amendments agreed toy at tho conference of May 29 last." Hosking and Cook wrote enclosing for execution a transfer in favour of the beard of South Duncdin Fire Station, the documents having already been eigncd by ,tho Oity Corporation.—Resolved—'' That the common seal of the board be affixed to the memorandum of transfer from the Dunedin City Council." Hosking and Cook wrote, in reply to the board's letter of the 22nd inst, concerning the issue of licenses for the storage of hazardous goods.—Received. Tho Caversham Fire Brigade wrote asking for a giant of £7 towards the brigade's social.—Resolved that the brigade be informed that tho board would pay tho rent of the hall, as with other brigades. The Buildings and Plant Committee recommended that goeds for tho Central and South Dunedin Stations, as .per requisitions, be obtained.—Adopted. lIKAXCe'. . Accounts amounting to £62 3s 7d were passed for payment.
