—Mr .Sidney 11. Godfrey, a native of Ottery St. Jlaiy, Devonshire, has won the world's championship cup for fast shorthand writing for the second time. Last year Mr Godfrey won the cup with 2CO words per minute, and this year his speed was 220 words per minute for five minutes with transcript.
