(Received May 13, at 0.35 a.m.) Mr Recks, naval architect, giving evidence at the. liega inquiry, said lie had formed the opinion that the vessel, being a tender ship, was loaded in a manner which mads her cranky. When she- listed she took in a quantity of water through the ports, which made her more unstable.
