An affiliation csso, which has boon before ilio court for soma . wooke past, and ropc'atcdly adjourned in order to obtain additional evidence on tlio defendant's bohalf, was finally dealt with to-day, when tho magistrate cnaracterisod it as one of tho incst extraordinary cases which he had' known. Ho canio to tho conclusion that il was clearly a caso of, mistakou identity, and dismissed tho caso, with costs against the plaintiff.
