ALLEGED CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
(Per United Press Association.) WOODVILLE, September 4. A caso of cruelty to animals will coino before the court this week. It is stated that 131 cattlo wero put into four trucks, and that when tlio train reachod here 12 of the animals wero dead and 15 in a dying condition. Tho police ordered the removal of the cattlo, and they wore placed in a paddock pending investigation. -Tho authorities say that t\v6 moro trucks were necessary.
