SHIPWRECKED CREW SAVED.

BRISBANE, September 3. Seven black boys, missing members ol the crew of the ketch Day Dawn, wliicli was wrecked on August 2, have arrived at St. Lawrence. They experienced great hardships.

Rough weather pervailed when the wreck occurred. The men were in four snmll boats and kept together for three days. They made /or High Peak Island, which is 130 miles, from the wreck. On the fourth night they separated j?. ? le»vy -fog, when only 40 miles from High Peak Island, and eight of the crow were icscuod on August 15, but though the surrounding islands and tho vicinity woro searched no trace of tho missing two boats could be found, mid it was presumed the men were drowned. The rescued men wore in a bed condition. They had little food and wator, and could not have held out many hours, longer.
