GREYMOUTH, September 2.
There is a very active demand for Westport coal, but labour is short at the mine. It- is undorstood that the company could find employment for fully 50 hands at 'Denniston and Millerton collieries.
Tho briquette works shipped by the Taieri at Wijstport for Timarn 85 tons, of l)tif(ult<!«.
