ANOTHER BISHOP'S PROTEST.

The Bishop of Salisbury, in tlio course of a sermon at Trowbridge Church, said that- marriages under the Deceased Witt's Sister Act would never be acknowledged as lawful marriages, as they were within the prohibited degrees. He exhorted his hearers to keep the law of the Church, and/iiot- to use the liberty the State had given tliem. They would thus support what he believed would prove the unanimous view of the bishops.
