BUCHAREST, August 29. During the manamvres of the Boumanian troops the schoolmaster of the village of Panad insulted the officers. On their removing tho offender'* (lie inhabitants stormed the inn where the officers weTe staying, The troops then fired, killing two and wounding 16 others severely.
