Nothing is exaggerated. lam a resident in close proximity to Windle. and it is a pleasure to seo there are others outside of tho district who fee! for tho residents in what they liavo had to put up with this winter.' It is regrettable that 6itch affaire exist, and it beinpf locally known that the Mornington Council is in receipt of what is required to do ihc work, why does. it delay 1 I only wish "A Tourist" had paid a visit here in tho dark, for, as there arc no • lights to guide a stranger, ho would have written in a stronger manner.
