CARTERS RESUME WORK,

Sir Antony MacDonnell, at Belfast, eulogised the magnanimity of the master carriers in facing the temporary loss. He added that the merchants-would treat them 'ibcrally. The settlement of the coalmen's and dockers' strike is apparently about to be effected.
