(Received July 18, at 11.8 p.-ml) A German firm has vainly offered to purch(iS2 from M. Julliot, the inventor, the Lebandy etccrable balloon for £50,000, four times its real cost-, or a similar balloon, alleging that it is required for sporting purposes.
