CALLIOPE DOCK ACCIDENT.
(Per United Press Association*.) AUCKLAND, June 27. Evidence in tho Calliope Dock caso, in which the Shaw. Savill, and Albion Company asks for £15,000 damages from the Auckland Harbour Board, was concluded to-day. The Harbour Board's engineer (Mr \V. H. Hamer) adhered to his statement that tho bow ropes of the vessel were too tight ami canned her to take a luroh forward, and so cant the blocks. Counsel addresses will bo given to-morrow.
