Vagrancy. — Fanny Cowan pleaded Guilty to being an idle and disorderly person, having no lawful means of R'lppnrt.—After lienriu;; the evidence of Const? bio Ede, Sergeant Bafkerville, jnd Detootive 'Ward, who gave aocur-ed a uad character, f.'lo Magistrate held both charges proved!
