PROPOSED ABOLITION
Press Ajtociation—Uy Telegrnpli—Copyright. PARIS, June 26, (Received June 26, at 11.32 p.m.) The Chamber of Deputies, at the instance of M. Clemenceati (the Premier), has postponed the discussion on the bill providing for tho abolition of the permanent courts-martial. M.
