BRITAIN AND GERMANY.
NEWSPAPER CAMPAIGN.
KING EDWARD'S MOVEMENTS.
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 29. (Received April 29, at 10.18 p.m.) The Berlin correspondent of Tho Times says the campaign which a large section of the German press has been waging against Italy and 1 other Powers apparently excites grave misgivings in authoritative quarters. One of Prince Billow's organs, on the eve of tho Foreign Office debat-e in the Reichstag, expresses the'hope that if King lidwardf's movements in the Mediterranean are lioticcd during the debate members should bo cnrcful lest they should supply tho English press with fresh material for leading articles headed "German Anxiety." It would be better if members' , attitude would enable foreigners clearly to distinguish between the imperturbable steersman and crew of the Imperial ship and the many passengers, who easily became seasick. BERLIN,, April 28. Sir Edwnrd Grey's denial of an alliance with Spain, coupled with the heavy participation of British capital in the recent Germ tin loan, lias had a reassuring effect I on public feeling in this city. ]
