THAMES, April 27. iuo Hon. J. M'Gowan arrived at .the Thames to-day and received a deputationfrom tho Drainage Board with referonco to the management of the pumping plant and general supervision. Ho proceeds- to Coromandet, where he attends the Hospital ' Sunday demonstration to-morrow. Tho ' Minister visits various, parts of tlic electorate. and will be banqueted at 1 tho ' Thames on Friday. The Hon. J. 4. Millar will also be present at this function:. Several matters of importance are to bo brought under the notice of tho Minister of Marino during his visit to thq district.
